This design focused on linking functionality with beauty, featuring geometrical clean lines and symmetry of a daring color combination that is very reminiscent of the Art Deco era type of jewelry. This design features a bangle with a detachable brooch intricately designed in a way that allows the bangle to be worn with or without the brooch which is designed in a way that makes it seamlessly detach or clip on without looking like a detachable piece. The jewel laden brooch with splendid coral, turquoise and malachite cabochons all brought to glittering life by diamonds is what makes of this bangle piece a bridge of harmony connecting all pieces of the collection together – ‘The flower of immortality’ earrings, ‘the Garden of Dilmun’ ring, the ‘Sunrise over Nishapur’ necklace, all of which are an ode to the beauty of Dilmun and my roots in it.
